The ORT Israel Network:

• Will lead with strength, quality, and innovation advanced technology and science education.

• Will provide a quality education to all who study at ORT institutions and will help them fulfill their utmost potential in expressing their talents, equipping them with tools for coping with the challenges of socio-economic advancement.

• Will develop among its students universal social-educational values and values of Jewish Heritage, and will develop an awareness of the need to contribute to Israel and its society.

• Will strive to reduce social gaps through its educational endeavors, to offer equal opportunities for all of its students, and to promote the socio-economic advancement of graduates and their integration into further studies and employment.

• Will promote its activities throughout the country and provide a wide range of educational tracks for all educational levels and ages.

• Will initiate and implement an innovative curriculum, advanced and computerized pedagogical content and quality educational projects.

• Will encourage the growth of its humanitarian wealth, principals, teachers and staff as an informed and up-to-date organization, in accordance with the needs of the network and befitting the social and economic needs of the population.

• Will promote a culture of quality for its customers – both internal and external – and grant “ORTonomy” to its institutions.

• Will maintain a quality, efficient and effective management system, based on values of cooperation, openness, credibility, professionalism, transparency and fairness.
